TX Australia, Mount Tamborine
DW Controls was engaged to deliver a full power infrastructure upgrade at TX Australia's Mt Tamborine site. The project involved the replacement of the existing outdoor main switchboard with a new indoor main distribution board (MDB), designed to synchronize with two 550 kVA generators.
Our scope of works included:
- Removal of the existing switchboard and installation of a new custom-built MSB, with a new indoor MDB.
- Integration of two 550 kVA generators with synchronizing capability.
- Careful changeover management to minimize downtime during works.
- Civil works and excavation.
- Crane support and heavy lifting logistics for safe and efficient installation of large-scale equipment.
- Full project management, coordinating all trades and services to deliver the solution on time and to the highest standard.
