Scope of works included:

• Capacity to handle pipe lengths from 6-18 meters in length, and diameters from 150-750mm.
• Rotating section with moveable tail stock for secure handling.
• Rack-and-pinion driven spray transporter with variable speed control.
• HMI control panel for simple operation
• Smart phone connection for remote flexibility.

This innovative solution provides a reliable, automated approach to large-diameter pipe coating, reducing manual handling and improving consistency.
